Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
All orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Method:
Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail, depending on which option is more cost-effective for your location. We strive to ensure the most efficient shipping method at the best possible price.

Tracking Information:
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be uploaded and sent to you via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

Shipping Origin:
All orders are shipped from West Texas. Please allow extra time for delivery if you are located in a region far from this area.

 

Return Policy

Returns:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to Return an Item:

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or was shipped incorrectly. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

Refunds:
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the same steps as a return and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at Contact Us – Mattison Christin with photos of the damage. We will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

Final Sale Items:
Some items may be marked as "Final Sale" and cannot be returned or exchanged. These items are non-refundable.
